If you are exchanging, be sure to include the Item Nr, Full Item Name, Size and Color for each new item on the original invoice
You can return and exchange your purchase for up to 15 calendar days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original packaging.
You will be notified upon receiving your returned item and right after inspection. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless it’s prepaid by yourselves.
